It wasn't intended as a traditional hosting platform, but rather more 
for hosting application factories that non-specialists can use.  In any 
case, I stopped thinking it was worth working on and took it down.  A 
reinvisioned service based on some of the same ideas/code might appear 
some time soon. :)
