I'd be happy to accept patches equipping the Ur/Web compiler to target 
all sorts of platforms.  It's just not on my personal to-do list.  I 
think it's important to first demonstrate the effectiveness of Ur/Web 
for garden variety web applications.

At least one person has confirmed that the compiler builds and may be 
used to build Windows applications on Windows, after some relatively 
recent patches that I put into the public urweb repo.
