[Ur] Non-printable character 10 in blob to SQLify

Sorry for the delayed response.  I've imported your patch and made a 
small tweak, so that a simple database upload example works in all 3 
supported DBMSes.  The new code is pushed to the public Ur/Web Mercurial 
repo.
