[Ur] SQL `LIKE` operator?

Reading Section 9.1.2 "Queries" on pages 47-48 of the Ur/Web manual, it
appears that the SQL `LIKE` (wildcard) operator has not been implemented.

Would it be very difficult to implement the SQL `LIKE` operator in Ur/Web?
