[Ur] A simple app

Hello all,

I've implemented a simple single-page application in Ur/Web, [1] as
well as written a teeny-tiny article describing the code. [2] I have
lots to learn about technical writing, but hopefully it will get
better with practice.

Comments? Feedback appreciated.
