[Ur] File and location info in -dumpTypes

Hello list,

Could you please voice your concerns about the following:

The issue is what kind of format to produce most usefully (since the
current format is largely unstructured: I tried to parse it in ELisp
but failed). For now I've taken some inspiration from ESTree format
[1] but of course it doesn't quite fit.

There is a bigger question of creating a language service for Ur/Web
but let's leave it out for now.
