[Ur] Client-side form validation

Hello all,

I was thinking of adding HTML5 client-side form validation to Ur/Web. We
have the ability to specify constraints and types for inputs, but we can't
interact with the built-in validation facilities.

Basically I translated a JS example to Ur/Web.

What do others think? Is this worth doing?
